Reaction Balls

Reaction balls are an excellent tool for learning how to quickly move in an undetermined direction.  You are forced to see what is happening and make a decision as to which way to move to catch the ball before it bounces again. Different sizes and levels of hardness will determine how quickly and how drastically the ball will bounce.

Agility Belts are ideal for working shadowing and improving change of direction speed. Lateral trainers are ideal for improving lateral quickness – perfect for basketball and netball drills. 

Step hoops are great for increasing foot speed to help improve changing direction quicker. You can change the patterns in which the athlete moves or move hoops close or further apart.
