There are many methods of providing resistance to your speed session. Harnesses and dual resistance trainers are excellent tools for partner sessions allowing both people to work at the same time.

Speed Chutes are a great method of adding resistance with minimal equipment. Speed sleds are one of the most common methods of resisted speed training, they provide the most constant resistance and you are easily able to adjust the difficulty to suit your needs.

Catapult cords are a great partner tool to work on both overspeed and resistance. The first person has to work harder to pull the second person along, while the second person has the advantage of being pulled and is forced to take longer and more frequent strides.
