The HART Coach Easy Foam Vaulting Table is a great stepping stone to help build strength and confidence for the vault apparatus. The top section is covered in a special grained vinyl to give a feeling of a competition vault. Inside is constructed with lightweight polystyrene, lined with closed cell foam to increase longevity. The base sections can be removed or added to create the required training height.
