HART Sport Extend AFL Queensland Partnership

HART Sport is excited to announce we have extended our long standing partnership with AFL Queensland, becoming competition partners of the new QFA Division 1 HART Sport Cup.

“HART Sport has a long history of involvement with AFL Queensland and clubs, in one form or another, and many of the staff have also been heavily involved in Queensland football,” said Hart Sport General Manager Dan Benham.

“It is great for HART Sport to be able to support Community football and help the game at the grass roots.”

AFL Queensland CEO, Dean Warren, said the ongoing commitment from HART Sport had contributed to the growth of Queensland football.

“Hart Sport has been a fantastic supporter of Queensland footy for many years and as their organisation has grown, the code has too,” said Mr Warren.

“There are significant benefits to our local footy clubs through this partnership and it is really important to us.”

As a part of the agreement, clubs in the competition receive a voucher to buy equipment up to the value of $1000.

Mr Warren said the new competition promised to be very competitive, with no early favourites.

“The changes to the South East Queensland senior competition structure has generated a lot of interest in local football,” he said.

“The HART Sport QFA Division 1 competition will be exciting, with plenty of local rivalries reignited.

“Expect some very close games and plenty of support from the football community.”

The season kicks off under lights on Friday March 30 with a Yeronga vs. Springwood blockbuster at Leyshon Park.
