This week, we’re celebrating Australian Made week. The Australian Made Campaign’s focus is to encourage consumers to buy Aussie products while supporting local makers around the country. From June 6-12 HART Sport will be showcasing some of our, and your favourite Australian Made HART Sport products. So, stay turned and keep your eye out for that iconic Australian Made logo.
Our History of Australian Made
For over 20 years, HART Sport has been designing and manufacturing products in our Brisbane Factory, supplying Australian schools, sporting clubs, businesses, fitness centres, government organisations & thousands of everyday people with top-quality sport, fitness, and active play equipment. We proudly manufacture over 700 products using the latest machinery and equipment by our experienced team.
Supporting Australian Business
We’re proud to support Australian foam manufacturers and use equipment made by other Aussie businesses, like Pathfinder Cutting Technology to produce our own products in our Brisbane Factory. We support and stock products from local Australian businesses like our Wheelie Bins, High Jump Mat trollies and Fountainline Line Markers & Paint. Where possible, we source Australian suppliers for products in our range including our SHARK Products - an initiative of the Sandgate District State High School Special Education Program.

The iconic Australian Made logo is Australia's most trusted, recognised and widely used country of origin symbol, and is underpinned by a third-party accreditation system, which ensures products that carry the logo are certified as 'genuinely Australian'. Our Range
Our manufacturing facility is built around our foam and vinyl products. There are hundreds of products that we design and manufacture to serve the needs of many of our customers, from Schools to professional and grassroot Sporting Clubs, Healthcare to Childcare organisations.
Active Play Soft Play Range
Kids in Australia deserve great play equipment to help them grow up creative, active, strong! That’s why our Soft Play Range uses medium density foam and tough, long lasting UV stabilised vinyl to create fun and safe shapes and sets to aid in the development of kids' gross-motor skills.
Gym Mats Range
Tested to meet Australian Standards for the listed fall heights, our Gym, Landing & Activity Mats are made with easy to remove heavy duty vinyl covers and stitching, and quality shock absorbing foam. Our range includes multiple colours and styles that are ideal for a range of uses across multiple industries including Schools, Gyms and Childcare facilities across Australia.
Contact Training Equipment
It takes the most durable memory foam and tear-resistant vinyl to withstand the rigorous hard hits in Rugby and AFL training. That’s what makes our contact training equipment so popular! The foam fillings are made from quality density foam, designed to absorb the impact of the hardest hits, time after time. They can even be custom printed using our Design Service to show off a team’s name, logo and colours.
Post Pads
Post Pads are essential on any footy field, court or playground to keep everyone safe from injury. Our Post Pads come in a range of sizes to suit all post requirements, whether they’re to protect Netball, Basketball, Rugby, or AFL players or kids in the playground, you get them all in one place, at HART Sport.
Fitness Equipment
We design and manufacture a range of fitness equipment to support our customers fitness goals. Some of our Australian Made fitness equipment includes the Weight Bags, Foam Plyo Boxes, and EZ Block! By manufacturing our own fitness gear, we’re able to fully control the design and materials to ensure we deliver top quality products to our customers.
