At HART Sport, we’re as true blue as they come. This week, we’re celebrating Australian Made Week, run by Australia Made, which runs from the 24th - 30th of May to support Australia’s local makers and manufacturers!
Our History of Australian Made
Since the late 90’s, we’ve been designing and manufacturing products in our Brisbane Factory and supplying Australian’s, and the world, with top-quality sporting equipment. Over 700 products are produced using the latest machinery, equipment and experienced staff members who own their craft to ensure that our products exceed our customers expectations.
Supporting Australian Business
Not only do we manufacture our own products, we are proud to support Australian foam manufacturers and Pathfinder Cutting Technology in the manufacturing of these products. Additionally, where possible, we also source suppliers for other products in our range including our SHARK product range - an initiative of the Sandgate District State High School Special Education Program, Wheelie Bins, Swim Tow Sponge and Fountainline Line Markers & Paint, just to name a few

The famous Australian Made logo is Australia's most trusted, recognised and widely used country of origin symbol, and is underpinned by a third-party accreditation system, which ensures products that carry the logo are certified as 'genuinely Australian'. That means customers can be sure they’re buying authentic, premium-quality products that are made to demanding Australian standards relating to quality, environmental impact and workplace practices.

HART Sport manufacturing facility is built around our foam and vinyl products. There are hundreds of products that we design and manufacture to serve the needs of many of our customers, from Schools to Sporting Clubs, Healthcare to Childcare organisations.

Active Play Soft Play Range
Kids in Australia deserve the best play equipment to help them grow up creative, active, strong! That’s why our Soft Play Range uses medium density foam and tough, long lasting, UV stabilised vinyl to create fun and safe shapes and sets to aid in the development of kids' gross-motor skills.

Gym Mats Range
Our Gym, Landing & activity mats are made with easy to remove heavy duty vinyl covers and stitching, and quality shock absorbing foam. Our Gym Mats and Landing Mats have been tested to meet Australian Standards for the listed fall height. Our range includes multiple colours and styles that are ideal for a range of uses across multiple industries including Schools, Gyms and Childcare facilities across Australia.

Contact Training Equipment
It takes the most durable memory foam and tear-resistant vinyl to withstand the rigorous hard hits in Rugby and AFL training, and that’s what makes our contact training equipment the most sought after gear in the country! The foam fillings are made from quality density foam, designed to absorb the impact of the hardest hits, time after time. They can even be custom printed using our Design Service to show off a team’s name, logo and colours.

We design and manufacture a range of fitness equipment to support our customers fitness goals. Some of our Australian Made fitness equipment includes the Weight Bags, Foam Plyo Boxes, Step Over Bag and EZ Block! By manufacturing our own fitness gear, we’re able to fully control the design and materials to ensure we deliver top quality products to our customers, time and time again.
